Sridhar Babu said that the remaining four guarantees would be held in due course of time, with all the guarantees to be implemented within 100 days.

The cabinet also decided to bring out a white paper on the financial status of the state, detailing the income and expenditure of the previous government, he said, and adding that supply of 24 x 7 power for all sectors, industrial, agriculture, and domestic, would be a top priority for the State government.

Officials would be asked to give a detailed report on the power situation in the State from 2014.

The Chief Minister would hold a review meeting on Friday on the Gruha Jyothi scheme, which assures 200 units of free electricity for all households, he said, adding that officials would also be asked to assess the crop damage in the wake of the recent rains.

Revanth Reddy took oath as the first Congress Chief Minister of Telangana on Thursday and arrived at the venue with Sonia Gandhi by his side.
