Mumbai: Fire breaks out in residential tower, none injured

Mumbai: A minor fire broke in a 19-storey residential tower in Mumbai on Monday, with no injury reported a fire official said.

According to fire brigade the incident occured on the seventh floor of Om Shiv Shakti housing society on M A Road in Sion Koliwada area, at 1230 pm.

Four fire engines, a water tanker and other assistance were rushed to the spot and the blaze was put out by around 1.30 pm, official said.

It was a "level-1" (minor) fire, the official said.
