Four SC judges test positive for Covid-19
New Delhi/UNI: Four judges of the Supreme Court have tested positive for Covid-19, the SC registry sources confirmed on Saturday.
In view of the recent surge in Covid-19 cases, the Supreme Court passed a circular on Saturday, stating that with effect from January 7, all the matters will be heard in virtual mode and the Benches will sit at Residential Offices.
The Court, in its circular, also said that extremely urgent 'mentioned matters, fresh matters, bail matters, matters involving stay, detention matters and fixed date matters' will be listed before the Courts with effect from January 10, till further orders.
