West Bengal: Six Bangladeshi nationals arrested from a Hooghly housing complex
Bandel/UNI: The West Bengal police have arrested six Bangladeshi nationals from a Hooghly residential complex and seized fake Indian residential documents like, PAN card, Aadhaar card and voter identity cards from them, official sources said on Saturday.
They had been staying in a rented apartment at Green Park, Bandel, Chinsurah police said.
All the six arrested are residents of Narayanganj district of Bangladesh.
Police also identified the owner of the apartment who is said to be a resident of Halisahar in North 24 Parganas.
All the six immigrants have been produced before a local court in Chinsurah.
