Rahul Gandhi is sinking Congress: Shivraj Singh Chouhan

Tikamgarh, MP/UNI: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday alleged that former Congress president Rahul Gandhi is bent on scuttling the party and destroying a well-established government in Punjab.

“Capt Amarinder Singh could not continue in the Chief Minister’s post owing to Mr Navjot Singh Sidhu and then the latter fled. As long as Mr Gandhi is around, we do not need to do anything,” Chouhan quipped, adding that the Congress criticises any good work.

He addressed jansamvad programmes in various villages.

“The Congress asks why the Chief Minister is visiting places and accepting pleas? Now, this old lady has approached me here. If she speaks regarding a problem, should I not lend a patient ear? Should I not come to meet the populace?” Chouhan asked.
