TV journalist Rohit Sardana dies of Covid-19
New Delhi/IBNS: Popular Indian television journalist Rohit Sardana left the journalistic fraternity shell shock as he succumbed to Covid-19 on Friday. He was 41.
Zee News Editor-in-chief Sudhir Chaudhary informed people about Sardana's death in a tweet.
अब से थोड़ी पहले @capt_ivane का फ़ोन आया।उसने जो कहा सुनकर मेरे हाथ काँपने लगे।हमारे मित्र और सहयोगी रोहित सरदाना की मृत्यु की ख़बर थी।ये वाइरस हमारे इतने क़रीब से किसी को उठा ले जाएगा ये कल्पना नहीं की थी।इसके लिए मैं तैयार नहीं था।ये भगवान की नाइंसाफ़ी है..

He died due to a heart attack this morning.
Sardana, who was earlier associated with Zee News, had hosted a debate programme, Taal Thok Ke.
He had left Zee News and joined Aaj Tak in 2017.
In Aaj Tak, the senior journalist used to host a popular debate show, Dangal.
He was awarded Ganesh Vidyarthi Puraskar Award in 2018.
