Kolkata/IBNS: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday filed a supplementary charge sheet before a CBI special court in Asansol in a cattle smuggling case against absconding Trinamool Congress (TMC) youth leader Vinay Mishra, sources said.

Trinamool Youth Congress (TMYC) General Secretary Vinay Mishra has been charged with criminal conspiracy, cheating, etc.

Earlier on Feb 8, the CBI had submitted its first charge sheet in the case naming seven persons, including the cross-border cattle smuggling racket's kingpin Enamul Haque and BSF commandant Satish Kumar.

BSF officer Satish Kumar and Enamul Haque were arrested by the CBI months ago.

Recently Satish Kumar was granted conditional bail while Enamul is currently in judicial custody.
