Narendra Modi starts addressing nation

New Delhi: Indian PM Narendra Modi is addressing the nation on Tuesday.

"We should remember that lockdown may not be there but the virus is still there," Modi said in his address.

He said Indians should ensure the stable situation remains.

"India's recovery rate is significant at present," he said.

"The mortality rate is also better than many nations," he said.

"India is capable is saving most of the people so far," he said.

He warned people to maintain all standard protocols needed to prevent spread of the virus.
