The Chief Minister directed to strengthen arrangements in quarantine centres and community kitchens.

The migrant labourers and workers should be provided adequate and quality food through community kitchens.

He said that the migrants who are found fit in the screening should be sent to home quarantine with ration kits and Rs 1000 as sustenance allowance during this period.

He asked the Principal Secretary, Health to ensure that the medical staff using infrared thermometer and pulse oximeter should have full knowledge of these medical instruments.

They should know the normal and abnormal range of the equipment.

The Chief Minister said that the nodal officers of the health department deployed in the districts should inspect Covid and Non-Covid hospitals and send their inspection reports to the government.

The necessary action should be taken on the basis of the feedback from the reports of nodal officers.

"They should be asked to take care of cleanliness and security aspects in all the hospitals. The doctors and nurses should take regular rounds and should look into the supply of digestive and nutritive food to the patients," he said.
