Mumbai/IBNS: After All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen(AMIM) leader Waris Pathan was booked on Saturday for saying "15-crore (Muslims) can dominate over 100 crore (Hindus)" under various sections of Indian Penal Code, lyricist and poet Javed Akhtar demanded an FIR against BJP leader and Union Minister Giriraj Singh for suggesting that all Muslims should have been sent to Pakistan.

"I am happy that an FIR is registered against Waris pathan An FIR should also be registered against Giri Raj Singh forsuggesting that all Muslims should have been sent to Pakistan by making this  comment he has not only insulted the Indian Muslims but the Indian constitution too," tweeted Akhtar.

On Thursday, Mr Singh had told the reporters in Bihar's Purnea that if all Muslims in India had been sent to Pakistan(at the time of partition) and all Hindus had been brought from there to India, there would not have been need for the Citizenship Amendment Act(CAA).
