Lucknow/IBNS: In a video which has emerged shows a school in Uttar Pradesh's Sonbhadra is serving one litre of diluted milk to some 81 students, media reports said.

In the video, a bucket of water is seen getting boiled before one litre of milk is added to it.

The video was probably taken by a member of the gram panchayat.

The Sonbhadra District magistrate said a First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against a contractual teacher for not providing adequate amount of milk to the students.

"The incident is factually correct. An FIR has been filed against the contractual teacher. Another teacher has been suspended for not informing the administration of milk shortage," district magistrate S Rajalingam has been quoted by NDTV.

Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav took a dig at the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Twitter.

Couple of months ago, in a video which went viral days ago, students of a Mirzapur school in Uttar Pradesh were spotted having rotis and salt instead of pulses, rice, rotis and vegetables which were about to be served.

Journalist Pawan Jaiswal  was charged by the Uttar Pradesh police for capturing the video.
