Aligarh, Jun 8 (IBNS): Stating a shocking fact, police have said one of the accused in the Aligarh two-year-old girl's murder case had raped his own daughter five years ago, media reports said.

The accused was bailed out by his wife.

The man along with a person named Zahid have allegedly murdered a two-year old girl in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh.

The victim's family had reported her missing on May 31. The Aligarh police was alerted when stray dogs had appeared to carry the body parts of the victim. The police have ruled out rape in initial reports, media report said.

The girl's body was found near her house on the outskirts of Aligarh.

According to the police, the child was murdered after her parents reportedly failed to give back a loan of Rs 10,000.

The case will be investigated under the National Security Act (NSA). Under the NSA, anyone, who pose a threat to the national security, can be detained for a year.
