Lucknow, Mar 22 (UNI): AICC general secretary in-charge of Uttar Pradesh East Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will visit Ayodhya, in all probability on March 27.

Priyanka is also likely to hold a road show in Ayodhya to garner support for former state president Nirmal Khatri, contesting from the Faizabad parliament constituency, party sources said on Friday.

The sources said Priyanka would visit Rae Bareli on Monday morning where she will attend party workers meetings besides going to neighbouring Unnao Parliamentary constituency, to hold corner meetings in favour of party candidate Anu Tandon.

On Tuesday, Priyanka will campaign for her mother Sonia Gandhi, contesting from Rae Bareli and her brother Rahul Gandhi from Amethi parliamentary seat.

In the afternoon, she will proceed for Faizabad and on way, besides meetings several delegates, she will also take a halt at Agriculture University where she will interact with teachers and professors. Later she will take a night halt in Faizabad and on Wednesday morning, she will go for darshan of `Ram Lalla’ temple.

Meanwhile, UP Congress president Raj Babbar might be advocating for a change in his constituency, sources said.

Babbar has been given ticket from the Moradabad constituency. Sources said Babbar wants to contest from the Fatehpur Sikri seat in Agra where he lost in 2009 just by a narrow margin of around 10,000 votes to BSP candidate Seema Upadhya.

This time, the sources said, Seema refused to contest and the BSP is fielding Rajveer Singh.
