Bhopal, Mar 6 (UNI): Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath said on Wednesday that the state government would enhance reservation for Other Backward Classes from 14 to 27 per cent and implement 10 per cent reservation for the economically-underprivileged within the General Category vis-a-vis government employment.

“The leadership is committed towards ensuring that all sections of society receive opportunities for progress,” he was officially quoted as saying while addressing a rally in Sagar after distribution of certificates under the Jai Kisan Crop Loan Waiver Scheme.

The CM said his government was working hard to bring happiness for cultivators and development of the youth. He said he had waived farm loans immediately after taking charge.

In addition, he said, programmes such as Yuva Swabhimaan were introduced for providing employment to the young people.
