PM makes surprise visit to Mandir Marg PS in Delhi
New Delhi, Oct 2 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday paid a surprise visit to the Mandir Marg police station in New Delhi.
As he was on the way to Valmiki Basti, he requested the official motorcade to be stopped at Mandir Marg Police Station.
Noting the dirt at the venue, the Prime Minister himself picked up a broom to clean dirt.
Police officials rushed to Modi after noticing him.
The PM later exhorted police officials to maintain cleanliness before proceeding to Valmiki Basti.
