Bengaluru, May 10 (IBNS): The campaign for the Karnataka polls, which is scheduled to be held on May 12, will end on Thursday.

The election fever in the state is high as several heavyweight political leaders are campaigning for their respective parties.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah, Congress president Rahul Gandhi and Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaih have addressed several rallies across the state in the last few days.

Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi too joined her party's campaign trail on Tuesday.
