Ghazipur garbage landfill collapse kills 2, rescue operation going on
New Delhi, Sept 1 (IBNS): At least two people were killed as a Ghazipur garbage landfill collapsed on Friday, reports said.
The landfall swept several vehicles, which were standing on a nearby road, into a canal, reports said.
Four people have been reportedly rescue from the site of the mishap.
Police confirmed that two people were killed in the mishap.
Rescue operation is currently going on.
The Delhi Police has tweeted to inform people that road leading from the Delhi-Noida-Delhi Expressway towards Kondali and Ghazipur have been closed following the mishap.
