New Delhi, Aug 5 (IBNS): BJP-led NDA candidate Venkaiah Naidu got elected as India's new Vice President on Saturday.

Naidu secured 516 votes out of the total 760 valid votes polled.

Opposition's candidate Gopal Krishna Gandhi got 244 votes.
