Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav flooded with marriage proposals

India Blooms News Service | | 21 Oct 2016, 06:20 pm
Patna, Oct 21 (TheBiharPost): Bihar’s deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav has been flooded with marriage proposals on his WhatApp number that he issued recently to receive complaints about the condition of road in his home state.

In the past three months since this number was issued, Tejashwi has received over 44,000 wedding proposals, astounding him too much.

“Out of 47,000 messages received on his number, 44,000 were personal messages proposing marriage to Yadav. Only 3,000 were related to road repairs,” as unmanned government official was quoted as saying by news agency IANS today.

The official said many girls sent their full personal details like age, gotra (clan), complexion, academic background as well as photographs, impressed by Tejashwi’s leadership quality.

One of them wrote, “My gotra is superior to you yet I’m ready to marry you”.

Tejashwi’s father too is eager to take a good bride to his family irrespective of caste, creed and complexion.

“If the girl is good enough, caste is not an issue. I will get Tejashwi married,” Prasad told the media today.
