Special Independence Day menu from OCTA in Kolkata

Kolkata/IBNS: As India celebrates its 75th Independence Day, OCTA, Kolkata has curated a special menu for its patrons.

Start the meal with cooling mocktails such as Seven 5th Day (combination of triangle), Clover Club (fresh green apple and twist of pomegranate ale), Elder Coco (lemon grass, elder flower with tender coconut) and #Fifteen (strawberry with combination of coconut and mint).

Some of the must try dishes include Dal Chawal Arancini Balls, Fully Loaded Baked Potato Skins, Spicy Tomato Relish, Sour Cream, Smoked Salmon Bruschetta With Green Tomato Salsa And Mutton Kosha Mangsho Filled Bao Buns, ‘Baked Vanilla Cheesecake Topped With Angora Ras Malai And Mihidana.

The property has assured they have a stringent set of safety and sanitation measures in place.

The Independence Day menu is available on August 14 and 15 between noon and eight pm at Rs 1800 plus tax.
