Kolkata, Sept 11 (IBNS) It was the power of music recital which charmed the audience in the city on Sunday evening as 'Peace' was presented by vocalist Smriti Lala at the G.D. Birla Sabhagar here.

The musical event was held in association with Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers.

State Minister Arup Biswas and actress and playwriter Saoli Mitra were present at the event.

The evening started with “Om” dhwani, and the performers then captivated the audience by their performance.

The presentation strongly highlighted the plight of old age, predicaments of young age and the decadence to which the world is presently exposed.
