Park Pavilion hosts 'Dosai Fusion Food Festival'

Kolkata, Jun 9 (IBNS): Park Pavilion, the coffee shop at Jameson Inn Shiraz, on Monday presented a new food festival – 'Dosai Fusion Food Festival' - here.

Park Pavilion introduced some never-before-tried option in this festival, which includes Tandoori Murgh Khurchan Dosa (Stuffed Dosa with Boneless Chicken Chunk Cooked In Tandoor and re-cooked With Vegetables and Indian Spices), Keema Dosa (Stuffed Dosa with Mutton Mince Cooked With Awadhi Spices), Cheese Akuri On Dosa (Cheesy Scrambled Egg Wrapped With Rice Pan Cake).

The unique menu also includes Mocha Dosa, (Banana Blossom Cooked With Coconut and Traditional Bengali Herb and Spices), COTC Dosa, (Dosa Stuffed With Cheese, Onion, Tomato and Chilli) and Dosa Chat (Sweet and Tangy Potato & Chickpeas Hot Salad Stuffed In Dosa).

Executive Chef, Jameson Inn Shiraz, Rupam Banik said, "We want to present the traditional Dosas with a touch of innovation. The crafty imagination of our Chef’s would indulge the Kolkata foodies to enjoy this fusion food which would be a connoisseur’s delight."

"This unique fusion dosa would be something that this 'City of Joy' has never experienced before and thus we were motivated to present such a concept,” Banik said.

The festival will start on Jun 9 and will continue till Jun 30.
