Dimapur hosted a grand event at Green Park, 5th Mile, on June 21 to celebrate World Music Day. The event was organized by Sky Entertainment and Love Easts events in collaboration with various partners, with the aim of inspiring a deeper appreciation for diverse musical traditions worldwide.

The event offered free entry to all attendees after 4:00 pm, with the festivities starting at 5:00 pm. The organizers encouraged seasoned musicians, enthusiastic listeners, and newcomers to partake in the event, fostering cultural exchange and introducing new sounds and rhythms, reported Morung Express.

Prominent artistes and bands from Nagaland and beyond graced the stage, delivering an exceptional musical experience.

The event emphasized the creation of a safe and secure environment for all attendees by strictly prohibiting the use of alcohol within the park.

This initiative aimed to ensure the comfort of people of all ages and enabled parents and guardians to confidently bring their children to the event.
