Kohima: Students of Cherry Blossoms School in Nagaland's Kohima city recently hosted a two-day workshop on basketry making.
The event was hosted by North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Ministry of Culture, Government of India in collaboration with Department of Art & Culture, Nagaland and Cherry Blossoms Society, Kohima.
The event was held between March 16-17.
The workshop was attended by students of Cherry Blossoms School and CBR Community based Rehabilitation PwDs along with 32 Pwds and eight escorts, respectively under the guidance of three experts namely Joyiti Gurung, Seli Tucker, and Purnima Kayina, reports Nagaland Post.
