Bengal Warriors of Kabbadi league shine at pre-Durga Puja ritual

Kolkata, July 30 (IBNS): The entire team of Bengal Warriors from Pro Kabaddi League glittered at ritual ceremony of Khuti Puja at Bhowanipur 75 Palli recently, heralding the countdown to Durga Puja.
The occasion was also graced by West Bengal Minister Firhad Bobby Hakim and Tollywood actors and musicians like Soham Chakraborty, Samidh Mukerjee, Bobby Chakraborty, Richa Sharma (Mrs. India International),  Sreetoma Bhattacharya, Sourav, and others.

All the guests were felicitated with an Uttariya and the Bengal Warriors team was presented with a memento with Maa Durga’s blessings engraved on it.

Bhowanipur 75 Palli Sarbojonin Durgotsav heralded the autumnal ritual with the Khuti Puja  on the auspicious day of Ulta Rath Yatra  at 1/1C, Debendra Ghosh Road located at Bhowanipur, near Netaji Bhavan Metro station.  

Bhowanipur 75 Palli is one of the prominent pujas of the city for its innovative concept and celebration style. This Puja is particularly famous for its unique style of pandals and also for the social work which the committee carries out throughout the year. Over the years senior politicians, celebrities from Tollywood, Theatre personalities, eminent litterateurs, industrialists etc. have regularly visited this Puja to make it a grand success.
