Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata hosting Bengal to Bengaluru Food Festival

Kolkata/IBNS: Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is hosting a ‘Bengal to Bengaluru Food Festival’ at their all-day dining, Kava, until March 21.

The festival covers an assortment of dishes from West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.

From West Bengal, you may savour dishes such as “Posto Pyazer Bora”, “Mochar Chop”, “Morola Macher Chop”, “Dhokar Dalna”, “Potoler Dalna,”Posto Murgi”, “Macher Kalia”, “Shorshe Maach”.

There are Maharashtrian main courses such as “Kothimbir Vadi”, “Sabudana Vada”, “Varhadi Chicken”, “Kolhapuri Chicken”, “Chicken Sagoti”, and “Saoji Mutton” 

By the time you turn up at Karnataka, you will be offered “Kori Ghassi”, “Mangalore Fish Curry”, “Allugedda”, “Mixed Vegetarian Kothu Kari”, “Murungai Keerai Muttai Poriyal” and much more.

You may round up the meal with  desserts such as “Rasogolla”, “Mysore Pak”, and “Pineapple Rawa”.

Pocket pinch:  Buffet – Rs 850 plus tax for Lunch, Rs 999 plus tax for Dinner and Rs 1100 plus tax for Sunday Brunch.
