Kolkata, Jan 5 (IBNS): Take a break from the kitchen to dig into Yauatcha's 'Supreme Sunday Brunch' which includes a wide range of dishes covering Asian, Cantonese and Chinese cuisine, from Dim Sum platters to Chef Special Desserts.

The Dim Sum platter includes ‘Pork and Prawn Shui Mai’, ‘Har Gau’, ‘Spicy Har Gau’, ‘Chicken and Coriander dumplings’.

The fried Dim Sum platter includes ‘Pan Seared Pork and Sesame Bun’, ‘Duck Roll’, ‘Chicken and Prawn Shanghai Dumpling’, spicy and crunchy ‘Sesame Prawn Toast’ and lots more.

The main course includes ‘Stir-fry Tenderloin in black pepper sauce’, the signature dish ‘Stir- fry Chicken Clay Pot’ accompanied with ‘Baby Pok Choi’ and ‘Steamed Jasmine rice’.

To quench your thirst, there is an array of wines besides Kiwi and Lime iced tea, Lalu (alcoholic drink produced by fermentation of grains, fruits, or other sources of sugar) and beer.
