The Myx Bar & Kitchen revamps its cocktail and food menu

Kolkata, Jan 22 (IBNS): The Myx Bar & Kitchen in Kolkata, owned by Abhishek Kajaria, has revamped and relaunched itself in a new avatar.

“We are thrilled about these additions to our menu, as they really highlight the diverse flavor profiles of the various countries”, said Shaun Kenworthy, celebrity Chef cum Food Consultant for ‘The Myx Bar & Kitchen’ while interacting with guests.

The cocktail menu has been designed by one of the city's popular bartenders, Uttam Singh.

The new set of cocktails include Madras Café (White Rum, Curry Leaves, Passion Fruit, Espresso and Pineapple), Myx Coco Cosmo (Vodka, Coco Syrup and Basil), Around The World (a combination of Tequila and Red bull), etc.
 

Highlights from the eclectic menu include fusion malai cottage cheese with Parmesan and truffle oil; Thai chicken satay with sweet and spicy peanut dip; tomato, basil and mozzarella risotto fritters, with balsamic mayo; mini dahi kebeb burgers, Indian slaw and masala fries and Gondhoraj Marinated Fish with tangy tomato.

Chef Kenworth also demonstrated some of the dishes which are part of the new menu.

Said Myx Bar & Kitchen owner Kajaria, “While we serve food with fresh, better-for-you ingredients, we also aim to offer crave-able meals so that guests keep coming back, again and again.”
