Celebrate Diwali with a festive special menu at Yauatcha Kolkata

Kolkata/IBNS: Kolkata’s award-winning Chinese dim sum tea house Yauatcha has come up with a specially curated menu to celebrate the festival of lights.

The Diwali menu, available till November 15, presents modern Cantonese cuisine tweaked with locally available ingredients.

Try their Prawn and Gondhoraj dumpling, wherein the culinary team has added a twist to the classic Har Gau by adding a zing of Gondhoraj, or the crunchy Banana blossom dumpling garnished with coriander leaves.

Other highlights include stir-fried minced lamb with fried eggplant, steamed spicy Bhetki with mango and mustard sauce, Yang chow fried rice and sweet and spicy lo mein, fresh cream mousse with caramelized sweet curd ice cream.

In addition to the festive special menu, Yauatcha Patisserie has curated a range of colourful hampers, which can be used for gifting purposes.

These hampers include a selection from an extensive array of macarons, chocolates, tea and more.
