Kolkata, Jun 5 (IBNS): When BAD is good? Puzzled? Well head to Kolkata's popular restobar, The Salt House, in June, and you'll know for yourself

This June, The Salt House is giving its patrons an opportunity to have a ‘BAD’ Experience with Yoga, where  BAD here stands for ‘Bringing A Difference’.

Bhavna Dhanani, a Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation instructor, conceptualised the ‘BAD’ experience to bring awareness to one’s soul, body and mind.

The two-day Yoga session called 'BE YOU X The Salt House' will help one to release the pent up thoughts, get clarity on confusing emotions and feelings and live in the present moment, the restaurant claimed in a recent release.

Also you can enjoy the 'Asti-High Tea', an assortment of light canapés, sandwiches and teas to pump in more energy.

The event is scheduled for June 9 and 10, from 5pm to 7pm.

Cost: Rs. 1800 for one day session. Rs. 3000 for two day session. For registration: Call 086976 34551.
