'Alpona', floral decorations, and snatches of mellifluous Rabindrasangeet will ease you into the celebratory mood.

Meanwhile, the team of chefs at Seasonal Tastes have already rustled up a sumptuous spread in their 'hneshel' (Bengali for home kitchen) to bring you the best from both 'epaar Bangla' (West Bengal, India) and 'opaar bangla' (Bangladesh).

Assorted varieties of local fresh fish and crustaceans such as ‘Bhola Bekti’, ‘Parse’, ‘tilapia’, ‘Bekti’, ‘Scampi’, Lobster’, ‘Topse’, ‘Tangra’, will be served, either grilled or fried.

Staples will include ‘Ghee Bhaat’, ‘Govindobhog Pulao’, ‘Radhabollobhi’, ‘Luchi’, ‘Karaishutir Kachori’ etc.
