Experimenter launch 5th edition of Curators' Hub in Kolkata

Kolkata, July 22 (IBNS): Experimenter has announced the 5th edition of the Experimenter Curators' Hub 2015, in Kolkata which will commence on Thursday.
The Hub, which will continue till Saturday, is a crucial platform in developing and sustaining discourse on curatorial practice and exhibition making. 
 
Each year the hub invites ten curators to present and discuss their practice in depth with reference to recent exhibitions curated by them. 
 
The Experimenter Curators’ Hub in its 5th edition, will be held over three days and will bring together some of the foremost minds in curatorship from all over the world.
 
The participating curators for ECH 2015 are: Aleksandra Kędziorek, Doryun Chong, Dr. Tasneem Zakaria Mehta, Eugenio Viola, Giovanni Carmine, Hoor Al Qasimi, Jitish Kallat, Kazuhiko Yoshizaki, Matt Packer and Shanay Jhaveri.
 
The 3-day event will see a coming together of Indian and international curators and the visual arts community, critics, writers, thinkers, artists, collectors, theorists and people interested in contemporary visual art practice.
 
Experimenter Curators' Hub 2015 is presented in association with Pro Helvetia-The Swiss Arts Council and is supported by the British Council, Polish Institute, Japan Foundation, Italian Embassy Cultural Center, Sharjah Art Foundation & The Park Hotels. Take on Art Magazine is the media partner for the Hub.
 
Attendance to Experimenter Curators’ Hub is free but on prior registration only on a first come first serve basis.
