Technical glitch causes temporary delays in Toronto International Airport
Global News said the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) confirmed that there was a technical problem in the baggage scales at terminal one.
GTAA spokesperson Natalie Moncurwas quoted by Global News saying: "There was a technical issue with the scales in Terminal 1, U.S. Departures check in."
Though the issue was resolved, officials did not reveal the actual causes of the technical fault.
Meanwhile, the labour disruption is still continuing in the largest airport of Canada.
Toronto Pearson took to Twitter to say on Tuesday: "Traveling today! swissport labour disruption is ongoing, give yourself plenty of time and check your flight status with your airline."
