Google commemorates start of ICC Women's CWC with an interactive doodle

Mountain View, Jun 24 (IBNS): Web giant Google on Saturday dedicated a doodle to commemorate the start of the latest edition of the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup (CWC).

The interactive doodle is similar to the one the company posted a month ago to usher in the ICC Champion's Trophy.

The doodle features a team of snails as the fielding side, pitting them against crickets, who finds ways to score runs with the bat.

The fly size doodle allows users to play the game as the batters and take on the fielding side.

In today's fixture, host England will take on fourth ranked India, while the third ranked White Ferns (New Zealand) will look to get the better of eighth ranked Sri Lanka.
