Monsoon likely to hit UP, surrounding areas by June 20
Kanpur, June 11 (IBNS): After monsoon commenced in coastal states of Kerala and Goa earlier this month, northern and central-northern states of Uttar Pradesh and its surrounding areas are likely to experience rainfall from June 20, according to reports.
The Times of India quoted the Meteorological department of CSA University of Uttar Pradesh and reported that monsoon will hit soon, earlier than expected.
Temperatures are fluctuating in the state, another sign of a seasonal change.
