6.3 earthquake hits Philippines' Mindanao island

Davao, Sept 24 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale struck off the Philippineâ€™s Mindanao island on Saturday, USGS confirmed.

As per the USGS website, the earthquake hit at latitude 6.579 degrees north and longitude 126.484 degrees east.

The earthquake was felt at a depth of 65 kms.

No casualty or damage to property has been reported so far.
