DRDO's drone crashes in Karnataka village, investigation undergoing

Bengaluru: A Tapas drone, which is being developed by DRDO, crashed on Sunday in a trial flight in a village of Chitradurga district.

The visuals of the crash have gone viral on social media where the villagers are seen watching the crashed drone in an agricultural field.

At present, the DRDO is briefing the Defence Ministry about the accident, sources told UNI.

A probe already has been initiated to find out the reasons behind the crash.
