The theme for this year’s conference is Eye Health in a Changing World, and the conference will focus attention on eye health and emerging threats.

Global and national experts will convene virtually to renew attention on eye health, vision impairment and prevention of avoidable blindness, including the role of Optometry in addressing challenges the organisers said.

The three-day conference, with around 15 pre-conference workshop sessions on September 9, will have keynote sessions, panel discussions, parallel tracks and paper/poster presentations on September 10 and 11.
