India: Over 83,000 new COVID-19 cases registered in past 24 hours

New Delhi: India registered 83, 809 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, Ministry of Health data released on Tuesday revealed.

India has now touche the 49-lakh mark.

The total COVID-19 cases in the country now stands at  49,30,237.

In the past 24 hours, 1054 death have been reported, taking the toll to 80776.

There are  990061 active cases in the country at present.
