India registers 52,050 new COVID-19 cases, death toll touches 38938

New Delhi: India recorded 52, 050 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, Ministry of Health said on Tuesday.

With 803 deaths recorded, the death toll due to the highly infectious disease is now 38938.

Currently, 586298 active cases are present in the country.

So far, 1230509  people have recovered from COVID-19.
