COVID-19 Outbreak: 28 more test positive in Aurangabad

Aurangabad, Maharashtra/UNI: The number of positive cases of coronavirus in Aurangabad district rose to 1487 as 28 more were tested positive on Saturday morning.

According to the district administration, fresh patients include 18 males and 10 females.

They said that five each new patients were found in Bhavani Nagar and Juna Mondha followed by four in Osmanpura, two each in Old Bazaar, Surana Nagar, Narli Bagh, Shivshankar Colony, Roshan Gate Complex and one each in Muzaffarnagar, Hudco, Venkatesh Nagar, Hamalwadi, New Vasti Junabazar, Manjeet Nagar, All India Radio Complex, Shivaji Nagar, Rehmania Colony, Naregaon area and Nyaya Nagar respectively.

They added that out of the total infected, 937 cured patients have recovered and gone home, while 69 have died during treatment and now 481 patients were undergoing treatment.
