India registers 2,226 new Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours

New Delhi/IBNS: India recorded 2,226 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry reported on Sunday.

With this, India's active caseload currently stands at 14,955.

The country's recovery rate is presently at 98.75 per cent with 2,202 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 192.28 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
