India records 1,660 fresh COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours
New Delhi: Inda recorded 1,660 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the daily positivity rate touched 0.25 percent, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Saturday.
During the same period, 4100 deaths, which included backlog data updated by several states, due to the deadly virus were reported.
India's active caseload currently stands at 16,741.
Active cases stand at 0.04 percent.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 98.75 percent.
2,349 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
