Magnitude 4.0 magnitude earthquake jolts Sikkim
Gangtok/UNI: A mild earthquake of 4.0 magnitude jolted Sikkim today.
The tremor was felt at 10:59 am today.
The earthquake with 10 km depth was of 4.0 magnitude.
The epicentre of the earthquake was 42 kms, South East of Gangtok, around Rongli.
Though earthquake was felt across the State and in neighbourhood areas like Kalimpong and adjacent areas lightly, it was felt strongly in Rongli Sikkim.
