Yes Bank launches Yes Culture 'Idea of India' Series

New Delhi, July 23 (IBNS): Yes Bank has launched the Yes Culture 'Idea of India' series, which will bring together scholars, thinkers and leaders under one roof to provide fresh perspectives on the idea of a modern day India.
Yes Institute believes that a diversity of thought on this topic is core to defining the culture of modern India so as to strengthen the country’s domestic and foreign policy. 
 
Lt. General A.K. Singh, Lt. Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands & Puducherry was present at the convening as the Chief Guest; while Tarun Vijay, member of Rajya Sabha, was the Guest of Honor.
 
Anant Nath, Editor, The Caravan and Aman Nath, Chairman, Neemrana Hotels also spoke at the event.

Speaking at the event, Lt. General A.K. Singh, Lt. Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands & Puducherry said, “Youth is India’s strength and we need to provide them opportunities to leverage the potential and demographic dividend.” He also delved into the important role the Indian Army plays in the ‘Idea of India’; and gave relevant insights into the need to uplift tribals in the country. Shri Tarun Vijay, member of Rajya Sabha, said “India is unique, let us build a great India that is reassuring to its neighbours, with a noble virtuous power; that is my Idea for India.”
