UAE Exchange India bags two internal awards

Cochin, Nov 24 (IBNS): Financial service provider UAE Exchange India has bagged two awards in the global internal competition under the category of 'Best Customer Engagement Award' and 'Best Decorated Branch Award'.
UAE Exchange India celebrated Global customer service week, an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service. 
 
It was celebrated across all branches globally. During this week, UAE Exchange India launched special customer reward programs, and branches that served most number of customers in each region were honoured and rewarded. 
 
Customers visiting the branches were provided proficient services such as foreign exchange, loans, money transfer, travel and ticketing and much more.
 
For entire week, employees all over India had a significant learning experience and they also collected feedback and comments from the customers.
