TVS Apache racing experience hits new heights with Nepal launch. All details inside
TVS Motor Company, a two- and three-wheeler manufacturing major, has announced the launch of the TVS Apache Racing Experience International (ARE GP) in Nepal.
The day-long event, held at the Vehicle Academy and Research Center in Satungal, marked a significant milestone as the brand celebrates 20 years of the iconic TVS Apache series.
The Apache Racing Experience is a purpose-built platform that enables TVS Apache owners to unleash the true racing potential of their motorcycles in a safe, professionally curated championship environment.
Participants gain hands-on exposure to race craft and advanced riding techniques under the guidance of champions from TVS Racing.
The inaugural selection round attracted over 55 riders and 300 visitors. Competitors went wheel-to-wheel on a professionally engineered circuit featuring 10 technically demanding corners, with performance assessed through fastest lap timings.
The championship was contested across-three race categories—TVS Apache 160cc, 200cc and 310cc—ensuring a level playing field for riders across segments while showcasing precision, speed, and racecraft.
The top three finishers in each category earned a coveted opportunity to race at the iconic Madras International Circuit (MIC) in India in April 2026, where they will compete against champions from four countries. Championship winners will receive an all-expenses-paid MotoGP experience, an opportunity to compete in the prestigious TVS India One Make Championship (OMC), official Petronas TVS Racing team apparel, an exclusive visit to the TVS factory, and complimentary entries to TVS marquee rides and TVS MotoSoul.
Beyond racing, the day-long celebration featured Apache Pro Performance shows, gymkhana sessions, and live music performances, delivering a complete motorsport festival experience for riders and enthusiasts alike.
Speaking on the occasion, Vimal Sumbly, Head – Premium Business, TVS Motor Company, said, “As we celebrate 20 years of TVS Apache, built on a legacy of TVS Racing, performance, and race-led technology, the international expansion of ARE GP is a natural extension of our journey to push boundaries and set new benchmarks in motorsport. ARE GP has played a pivotal role in nurturing grassroots motorsports, and Nepal’s rapidly growing community of performance enthusiasts makes it an ideal destination.”
Shahil Agrawal, Executive Director, Jagdamba Motors, added, “Motorsports has always inspired the younger generation, and with the international launch of TVS ARE GP starting in Nepal, the platform will help channel these aspirations in a structured and professional manner. The racing format will significantly enhance the visibility of performance motorcycling, nurture local talent, energise dealerships, and bring riders, enthusiasts, and communities together. We are proud to partner with TVS Motor Company in creating opportunities for Nepalese riders to compete, grow, and represent the country on an international stage.”
With a racing legacy spanning over four decades, TVS Racing has been instrumental in shaping the evolution of the TVS Apache series, which recently crossed the milestone of 6.5 million customers worldwide. As a leading premium motorcycle brand, TVS Apache continues to set benchmarks in performance, technology, and innovation.
