Tata Motors appoints new dealership in Agartala

Kolkata/Agartala, Feb 15 (IBNS): Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, on Monday inaugurated the first 3S facility of Progressive Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. in Agartala.

Providing customers with a complete experience of Sales, Service and Spares, all under one roof, the new facility is one of the five new touch points that Tata Motors will inaugurate in the North East during the year.

Located at the strategic Nagichrra Bypass Road, the facility has 11 workshop bays in addition to two accident bays that are staffed by professionally trained technicians. With a capacity to handle over 30 vehicles a day, the facility is equipped with amenities like dedicated express service bays, driver and technicians’ rest rooms, an environmental friendly water conversation equipment treatment plant (ETP), Wi-Fi connectivity, ample service parking and specialized vehicle display areas, making this facility truly world-class.

Commenting on the occasion,  Ravi Pisharody, Executive Director, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, said, “With an understanding of the retail distribution business, after-sales services, customer care and new markets across sectors, we are happy to have on board Progressive Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the automobile retail business here in Agartala.”
