Sensex closes 311 points above as Indian market closes in green

Mumbai, Sept 3 (IBNS): The Indian market closed in the green with the Sensex moving up by 311 points on Thursday.

Sensex jumped up by 311.22 points to touch 26764.78 points.

Nifty on the other hand moved up by 106 points to close at 7823 points.
