Mahindra strengthens its presence in WB by inaugurating new dealership in Howrah

Howrah, July 27 (IBNS): Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.), India's leading SUV manufacturer, on Monday inaugurated Supreme & Co Pvt Ltd., a full range dealership with sales, service, spares facility, in West Bengal's Howrah.
Located conveniently on Bombay Road this new facility is the first dealership in Howrah and it takes the total number of dealerships in West Bengal to 11.

It is part of the company’s strategy to expand its retail presence in important markets across eastern India. Spread across 4,800 sq. ft. area of showroom space and 50,000 sq. ft. area of state of the art workshop facility, this dealership will sell the full range of Mahindra automobile products, both in the personal and commercial range.

Well-equipped to handle enquiries for sales, service and spares requirements for both the personal and commercial range of Mahindra vehicles, Supreme & Co Pvt Ltd., will also feature a state-of-the-art workshop for after-sales service. Along with the sales and service facilities, the dealership will also provide facilities such as easy finance, old vehicle exchange, sale of accessories, extended warranty on new vehicles, quick repair and cashless accident repair amongst others. With a focus on customer satisfaction and customer delight, this full range dealership will have a dedicated sales team and will provide the best in class services to the customers of Howrah.

Speaking at the inauguration Veejay Ram Nakra, Senior Vice President- Sales & Customer Care, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “Being a customer centric company, it has always been our endeavour to provide our customers with the best-in-class sales and service experience. The inauguration of this new dealership is in line with our expansion strategy for West Bengal which is an important market for us.
